Job description

  • Basic desktop and laptop troubleshooting skills - (helpdesk experience and/or desktop support experiences needed)

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to install and configure PCs, printers, and other peripherals
  • Floor based work station / network connections / Zebra product printers - label printer (loops and folds)....Zebra or Seilo knowledge preferred
