Job description

We are looking for an experienced Epic Applications Analyst to support a leading healthcare organization's Clinical Application Services team. In this remote role, you will analyze, design, implement, maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot Epic ASAP applications while collaborating with clinicians and IT teams to improve clinical workflows and system performance., * Analyze and troubleshoot Epic application and system issues.

  • Design, build, implement, maintain, and optimize Epic ASAP applications.
  • Gather and translate business and technical requirements into system solutions.
  • Configure workflows and support clinical and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, vendors, and IT teams.
  • Support system upgrades, testing, release management, and application maintenance.
  • Document issues, solutions, and system enhancements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of healthcare IT or Epic application support experience.
  • Epic ASAP Analyst Certification (Required).
  • Experience supporting clinical applications and healthcare workflows.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Epic implementation, optimization, and maintenance.
  • First-time travelers will not be considered., * Do you have an active Epic ASAP Analyst Certification and at least 2 years of Epic application support experience?
  • Do you have experience with Epic ASAP implementation, troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and healthcare clinical application support?

Experience:

  • healthcare IT or Epic application support: 2 years (Required)
  • supporting clinical applications and healthcare workflows: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Epic implementation, optimization, and maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Epic ASAP Analyst Certification (Required)
