Job description

  • This role requires U.S. citizenship as a condition of employment in accordance with applicable federal requirements.
  • Configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (primarily Sales and Customer Service)
  • Build and support solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Create and modify entities, forms, workflows, security roles, and business logic
  • Support integrations between Dynamics, Microsoft tools (including Outlook), and other business systems
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming)
  • Assist with deployments, testing, and release activities
  • Analyze business processes and CRM data to support enhancements and usability improvements
  • Act as a technical resource for CRM-related questions and initiatives

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (flexible for strong candidates)
  • Experience with Sales and/or Customer Service modules
  • Strong working knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Experience with CRM integrations and supporting connected systems
  • Familiarity with Outlook integration and end-user workflows
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
  • Experience working in an Agile delivery model

Team & Environment

  • Agile team with structured processes (daily check-ins, 3-week sprints, backlog management)
  • Distributed team across multiple U.S. locations
  • Occasional evening work required for deployments and support (typically between 4:30-7:30 PM CT)
  • Self-managed team responsible for releases and ongoing platform support
