Job description

  • Greenfield QA - you help build the test strategy, not just execute it
  • Direct impact on product quality in a growing team
  • Remote-first, modern stack, short decision paths
  • Collaboration with engineering lead and cross-functional teams

Ihre Aufgaben

We're building an AI-powered HR tech platform with multiple microservices, a modern frontend, and complex backend integrations. Quality isn't an afterthought - we build it into the development process. You'll help us do that systematically.

  • Build and maintain our E2E test suite (Playwright) across multiple services
  • API and contract testing between our microservices (TypeScript, Python)
  • Define and implement test strategies: unit, integration, E2E - embedded in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
  • Quality assurance for AI-powered features: automated pipelines, structured outputs, data-driven components
  • Collaborate closely with development teams so tests are created early - not as an afterthought
  • Build test reporting and regression monitoring

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in test automation (not primarily manual testing)
  • Strong knowledge of Playwright or comparable E2E frameworks
  • Experience with API testing and validation logic
  • Basic understanding of TypeScript or Python - you read code, even if you don't write it daily
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and GitHub Actions
  • Structured, self-directed working style

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI/ML products and testing non-deterministic outputs
  • Performance testing
  • Experience in a product team (not just outsourcing/agency context)
