Job description
As (Senior) Technical Program Manager, you'll own project management across a diverse set of programs from customer-facing commitments and requirements to grant-funded projects and internal cross-functional initiatives. You'll build and run the project management system: processes, planning, reporting, risk management, and delivery rhythm.
You will partner closely with Engineering Leads and engineers, Product, Operations, and leadership to ensure we hit milestones, communicate clearly, and deliver reliably.
What You'll Do
-
Own delivery across multiple project types, including:
- customer requirements, delivery timelines, and deployment commitments
- internal cross-functional programs
- grant-funded projects (milestones, reporting, compliance coordination)
- Highly comfortable operating in an Agile environment and navigating ambiguity:
- thrive in fast-moving, iterative teams, proactively create clarity from incomplete information, and bring structure and accountability without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Define and implement SpiNNcloud's project management processes
Requirements
-
4+ years in technical project/program management, owning delivery across cross-functional engineering teams (hardware, software, systems, or platform environments).
-
Customer-facing delivery experience: proven ability to manage external commitments (requirements, timelines, scope changes), align stakeholders, and communicate clearly with customers/partners.
-
Demonstrated ability to design and operationalize project management processes in a scaling organization (intake, prioritization, governance, cadence, reporting).
-
Strong track record of driving complex, dependency-heavy programs to completion balancing speed, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
-
Strong execution mindset with comfort in ambiguity: you bring structure, clarity, and accountability without unnecessary bureaucracy.
-
Excellent stakeholder management: able to push for decisions, surface trade-offs, manage expectations, and negotiate scope and resources.
-
Familiarity with Jira, Agile and Scrum.
Preferred Experience
-
Exposure to HPC, AI infrastructure, or deep-tech products.
-
Experience with EU-funded or other public funded programs.
