Experience - 1-3 years of experience in software development, data, automation or AI-related roles. - Initial exposure to AI, machine learning or GenAI projects is a strong plus. Technical skills - Working knowledge with LLMs and GenAI concepts (e.g. GPT-based solutions). - Familiarity with Python and data libraries (e.g. Pandas, NumPy). - Basic experience with cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS). Low-code & tools - Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Copilot Studio) is a plus. - Interest in dashboards and KPI tracking (e.g. Power BI).
