Requirements

You will be part of the team responsible for operating one of the largest and most complex hosting platforms in Europe. Your mission will be to ensure the stability, performance, and evolution of the Stretch platform, working directly on critical production systems and contributing to the continuous improvement of a highly distributed infrastructure. This is a strongly technical role with hands-on impact at scale, where your work will directly influence service quality and platform evolution. Responsibilities - Operation, maintenance, and evolution of large-scale Linux infrastructure. - Advanced (Level 3) support for complex platform incidents. - Automation of processes using scripting (BASH, Python) and infrastructure tools. - Operation and management of distributed storage systems (Ceph). - Monitoring and analysis of the platform using observability tools (Grafana and similar). - Continuous improvement of system architecture and stability. - Collaboration with international teams to absorb knowledge from legacy systems. - Participation in on-call rotation (approx. 1 week every 6). Must have - +3 years of experience in Linux systems administration and operations. - Strong troubleshooting skills in complex production environments. - Experience with scripting and automation using BASH, Python, Ansible or similar tools. - Hands-on experience operating distributed storage systems such as Ceph. - Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana. - Solid understanding of Linux networking fundamentals and troubleshooting. - Fluent English, required for international communication. Nice to have - Experience troubleshooting network issues using tools such as tcpdump. - Knowledge of Linux networking concepts including routing, bonding, network namespaces, iptables/nftables and netfilter. - Familiarity with large-scale networking concepts such as BGP, Anycast or service discovery technologies. - Understanding of Linux internals, systemd and
