As a Senior Backend Developer on the Engine team, you will help build and optimize the Workato Recipe runtime across Ruby and Go. You will tackle performance, scaling, storage, durability, and concurrency to ensure reliable execution of jobs and events. You'll work on DSL, webhooks processing, and integration with data stores and services, while reviewing code and driving quality. This role sits at the core of our runtime platform and offers impact through high-availability systems at scale.
