Job description
As a Platform Engineer at Clovr Labs, you'll be a critical part of our engineering team, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports our products and developer platforms. Key roles
- Design and maintain scalable, reliable infrastructure using cloud-native technologies (AWS/Hetzner, Kubernetes/Helm, Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
- Automate deployment pipelines for CI/CD workflows across various environments and services.
- Develop platform tooling that empowers developers to build and ship faster with high confidence.
- Ensure system observability through robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Collaborate closely with AI and frontend/backend teams to ensure smooth integration of infrastructure with Clovr's product ecosystem.
- Champion infrastructure as code and modern DevOps practices to ensure repeatability and scalability.
- Participate in a rotating 24h on-call schedule (standby compensated). You might be a fit if you have
Requirements

3-6+ years of experience in Platform, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering roles.

Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure.

Strong experience with container orchestration (specially Kubernetes).

Proficiency in Terraform, Helm, Docker, or similar tools.

Experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, etc.

Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident response practices.

A bias for automation and eliminating toil.

Proactive and self-motivated approach to problem solving.

Experience working in high-growth, product-driven startups is a plus.
