As a Senior Data Consultant HR Tech, you help clients unlock more value from their HR and payroll data. You advise on data strategy, reporting, data quality, and the responsible use of AI, while leading data migration and analytics projects. Working closely with technical colleagues, HR stakeholders, and IT teams, you deliver practical, data-driven insights and solutions in areas such as Equal Pay, employee benefits, and data maturity. In addition, you coach junior and mid-level colleagues and contribute to the further development of Highberg's HR Tech consulting services and expertise.

- You lead data migration projects during the implementation of new HR or payroll systems, advising on data retention, scoping, and ensuring high data quality and tangible business outcomes.
- You translate complex data-related challenges, such as Equal Pay analyses, employee benefits utilization, or recruitment process optimization, into clear insights and actionable recommendations for management.
- You advise clients on their data strategy, reporting capabilities, and the responsible use of AI within HR.
- You contribute to the development of the team's service offerings and expertise, while coaching colleagues in their professional growth.

About the team
At Highberg, we are proactive, positive, and collaborative by nature. We support one another in learning new things and bringing out the best in ourselves. You will work on complex HR and data-related challenges in teams with diverse backgrounds, expertise, and levels of seniority. You will become part of our HR IT team of approximately 40 consultants, combining deep expertise in HR and payroll with the strength of a broader data and technology practice. We actively share knowledge, collaborate on developing our service offerings, and regularly connect through knowledge-sharing sessions, social events, and company-wide Highberg gatherings.

Requirements

What are we asking?
For this role, we are looking for someone with a strong foundation in data and the seniority to independently lead client engagements.
We are looking for:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in data, analytics, reporting, data migration, or data quality.
- Experience with HR, payroll, or workforce data is a strong advantage.
- Experience leading projects, workstreams, or client engagements.
- Affinity with HR IT systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, AFAS, ADP, Visma Raet, or similar platforms.
- A completed bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Data, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Information Management, or IT.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- A professional, client-focused mindset and a strong drive to deliver results.
