Scrum Master - National Security

You'll embed within high-performing engineering teams, driving agile delivery across complex, mission-critical software and cloud programmes. This is not a box-ticking agile role - you'll be working with talented engineers and technical leads on some of the most sophisticated technology programmes in the UK.

What You'll Be Doing

• Facilitating agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement across delivery teams
• Removing blockers and creating the conditions for engineering teams to do their best work
• Working across a portfolio spanning cloud, software, and data/AI programmes
• Collaborating with technical leads, product owners, and senior stakeholders
• Championing agile best practice within a complex, secure delivery environment

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master on software, cloud, or data programmes
• Comfortable working within large, complex delivery environments
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in or exposure to national security, defence, or regulated environments
• DV clearance is an essential requirement for this role
