Job description

Analyza Technology Solutions Ltd is looking for a Data Analytics Manager to lead data analysis initiatives that support business growth and strategic decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional who enjoys transforming data into actionable insights, improving business performance, and leading analytics projects. You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that help shape business strategy and operational success.

What you'll do:

  • Lead data analytics projects from planning through implementation.
  • Analyse business data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business, technology, and leadership teams to understand data requirements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Support data quality, governance, and reporting processes.
  • Manage analytics tools, reporting systems, and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and meaningful way.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through analytics.
  • Stay informed on emerging data analytics technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Leadership or project coordination experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools, SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is advantageous.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience are welcomed.
  • Passion for data, technology, and continuous improvement.
