- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including detailed scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, and communication strategies.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones in partnership with business and technical stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to drive timely and successful project execution.
- Monitor project performance, track progress, and ensure rapid escalation and resolution of issues and risks.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, lead project meetings, and deliver executive-level status reports.
- Manage project scope changes through formal change control and ensure compliance with governance and procurement policies.
- Oversee vendor performance, contract deliverables, and ensure adherence to DPS, state procurement, and FAST contract requirements.
- Support project documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
8+ years managing large-scale, complex IT or business transformation projects in structured environments

Strong command of project management methodologies such as PMI/PMBOK, Agile, or Hybrid

Proven experience in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning

Expertise in stakeholder management across technical and business units

Advanced skills in risk management, issue tracking, and change control

Exceptional written and verbal communication, including executive reporting

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)

Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with governance, policies, and procurement requirements Preferred Skills

Experience in public sector or state government environments, especially public safety or law enforcement agencies

Familiarity with state procurement frameworks such as FAST or DIR contracts

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent

IT system implementation or enterprise application management experience
