Job description
- Perform IT asset inventory, audits, and disposal at client offices and data centers.
- Coordinate IT asset management projects with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain IT asset management reports.
- Update asset management systems such as ServiceNow and DCTrack.
On-site Project Support
- Perform network cable patching and connectivity support.
- Validate user desktop equipment and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Trace, label, and organize network cabling within IDF rooms.
- Perform rack-and-stack installation of IT equipment.
- Assist with various infrastructure deployment and migration projects.
Sales Support (Temporary Assignment)
- Prepare client billing documentation.
- Create monthly service reports.
- Coordinate project resources and scheduling.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and project teams.

︎ Required Qualifications & Skills

1-3+ years of experience as a Field Technician, IT Support Technician, or similar technical support role.

Experience with IT hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with mobile devices, service software, and standard computer applications.

Experience with IT asset management is highly preferred.

Basic understanding of networking, cabling, and data center environments.

Ability to accurately document service activities and technical reports.

Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record.
-
Willingness to travel locally/regionally and work flexible hours when needed.

Ability to work in customer sites, data centers, and other technical environments.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, climbing, kneeling, and reaching for extended periods.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
