Requirements

Insight Global is seeking a Top Secret AI Cyberthreat Systems Analyst, Senior to support a federal customer focused on evaluating emerging AI and machine learning threats within cyber and intelligence environments. This individual must have an active TS/SCI clearance along with either a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 5+ years of experience in intelligence analysis or cyber threat analysis, or 10+ years of experience in intelligence analysis or cyber threat analysis in lieu of a degree. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, cyber threats, and intelligence operations, with experience analyzing complex technical information and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 5+ years of experience in intelligence analysis or cyber threat analysis, or 10+ years of experience in intelligence analysis or cyber threat analysis in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience analyzing cyber threats, emerging technologies, or adversarial capabilities
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts and their operational applications
  • Experience assessing algorithms, data analytics, and AI/ML systems to identify risks, capabilities, or trends
  • Ability to conduct in-depth technical research and develop clear, well-supported analytical products
  • Experience reviewing intelligence products and ensuring findings are backed by strong research and analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams and mission objectives

Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Experience with AI Red Teaming, adversary emulation, or technology warning analysis
  • Knowledge of AI/ML model development, clustering techniques, data analytics, model tuning, or model lifecycle processes
  • Experience supporting intelligence community or national security missions
  • Familiarity with intelligence tradecraft, intelligence lifecycle processes, and analytic standards
  • Experience briefing senior leadership, government stakeholders, or executive-level audiences
  • Master's degree in a STEM field
  • Experience researching emerging technologies and assessing their potential impact on cyber operations
  • Background in computer science, data science, machine learning, or advanced cyber analytics
