This is a great opportunity for individuals who are safety conscious and have a pleasant and outgoing attitude who want to excel in a warehouse environment., * Various office and administrative duties, which may include handling accounts payable/receivable and collections, office supplies, maintaining database and miscellaneous reporting

• Involve yourself in the safety team as required by location
• Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements
• Communication with drivers, operators, customers on site, and leadership team
• Daily use of Outlook, Excel, and Blue Yonder
• Look for missing product in storage locations
• Work with checkers to ensure accurate receipt of inventory
• Audit inbound receipts, both physically and through receipt documentation
• Accurately input required data elements into WMS and various other applications
• Audit existing data for inaccurate data
• Accurately identify, log, and document potential damages
• Assist with daily and weekly reports

• 1-2 years of general office experience required

• 2+ years of warehouse clerk experience preferred

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required

• AS400 experience preferred

• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.
