The Programmer - Advanced will develop, maintain, and enhance software applications while adhering to strict security and compliance requirements. This role requires a skilled programmer with experience in a hybrid work environment, supporting the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (SCDMV) with a 12-month contract and the possibility of extension. • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a non-managerial programmer with advanced skills.
• Ability to pass a 7-year standard background and credit history check.
• 7-year certified driving record (MVR) clearance.
• Eligibility to work verified through E-Verify.
• Current residency in South Carolina, North Carolina, or Georgia.
• Willingness to relocate to South Carolina at own expense prior to start date.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience working in government or public sector IT environments.
