Job description
- Collect and analyze technology procurement and vendor management data to produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly analytical reports
- Synthesize sourcing, contract, performance, risk, spend, and business value data to generate actionable insights for cross-departmental teams
- Conduct ongoing analysis of technology procurement and vendor management data to support business intelligence activities
- Compare sourcing and vendor performance data to inform strategic decision-making
- Respond to and fulfill ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from business stakeholders
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Business, Statistics, Economics, Marketing or related field. (Preferred)
- Prefer 2+ years experience related to business intelligence. (Preferred)
- Experience in conducting and communicating data-driven analyses; proven experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis and report writing. (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Communication Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills. (Required)
- Attention To Detail Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills. (Required)
- Communication Excellent communication skills. Comfortable interacting with and presenting to management, and peers in various departments. (Required)
- Quantitative Analytics Strong quantitative analysis skills and high proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications. (Required)
- Project Management Strong organizational and project management skills (Required)
- Microsoft Office Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and Word required. (Required)
Licenses and Certifications:
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

This role requires working on-site five days per week. Remote work is not available for this position., The base salary for this role varies by location and reflects local market rates:
- Overland Park, KS $72,800 - $98,500
- Frisco, TX $77,300 - $104,500
Base Pay Range: $66,900 - $120,600
Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
