Job description

Facilitate Agile (Scrum, Kanban) ceremonies across multiple global engineering teams

  • Coach teams and leadership on Agile, Lean, and continuous improvement practices
  • Drive self-organization, accountability, and delivery excellence
  • Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize work and maximize value
  • Identify and remove delivery impediments
  • Enable data-driven continuous improvement using Agile metrics
  • Support portfolio-level Agile planning and execution

Requirements

Bachelor's (10+ years) or Master's (8+ years) in relevant field

  • 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience in Agile environments
  • Experience coaching Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban), facilitating ceremonies, and driving Lean Agile adoption
  • Proven cross-functional/global team leadership and stakeholder management
  • Strong communication, facilitation, mentoring, and problem-solving skills

Technical Skills

  • Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
  • Agile coaching & delivery
  • Program management in DevOps/Cloud environments
  • Agile metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement
  • Cross-functional team leadership

Preferred Industry Experience

  • Experience with large manufacturing, engineering, or industrial organizations
  • Prior work with companies such as Caterpillar, John Deere, Boeing, GM, Ford, Tesla, Cummins, Honeywell, GE, Raytheon, or similar

  • Excellent facilitation and communication

  • Leadership and collaboration
  • Data-driven decision-making, Must have recent experience in $billion+ manufacturing or engineering-focused companies (preferably Caterpillar or similar)
  • Born between 1960 and 1988 (for experience requirements)

  • Willing to relocate at own expense if not local
