Job description

    1. Develops the project work plan, work breakdown structure, and schedule using a designated project management tool for project team usage. Project Plans include sufficient task level detail to capture known dependencies and major milestones.
    1. Management of all projects assigned to oversee.
    1. Utilize effective project and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    1. Ensure all projects are consistent with overall customer objectives and strategic plans.
    1. Manage the day-to-day activities of cross-functional project teams and ensures the adherence to the project plan.
    1. Deploy best practices approach defined by Project Delivery Services team.
    1. Work to control change, adjust the budget, timeline, and project scope to accommodate approved changes.
    1. Produces timely, detailed summaries and high-level reports.
    1. Provide project schedule, actual vs. budget, and earned value information in project progress reports.
    1. Identifies and mitigates project risk, keeping issues visible, to avoid impacting the project's success.
    1. Confirm the alignment of customer expectations and project goals.
    1. Ensure proper quality assurance and user acceptance of solutions prior to implementation.
    1. Review and finalize deliverables and monitor quality control.
    1. Develop customer Return on Investment metrics for project, based on customer objectives.
    1. Develops and maintains all strong working relationships with all key stakeholders including, Client Executives, Product Managers, and Resource Allocation Manager.
    1. Coordinate with Client Executives and Product Directors to align all projects with customer's strategic objectives.
    1. Collaborate with Resource Allocation Manager to ensure associates with required skills are available to support the implementation of new system solutions.
    1. Management of all resources assigned to projects.
    1. Motivate, guide and lead implementation staff to achieve organizational goals and satisfy customers.
    1. Proactively identify project and staff related issues.
    1. Participate in performance appraisals and contribute, if requested, to project team associate's performance appraisals.
    1. Understands and adheres to the WPH Performance Standards, Policies and Behaviors.
    1. Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree Computer Science, IT, Bus Admin, Software Engineering Required
  • 1-3 years Demonstrated experience managing IT projects in an enterprise environment Required and
  • 1-3 years Experience working with tool to create and manage project plans using Microsoft 365 tools Required and
  • 1-3 years Implementation management experience with new practice installations, facility upgrade projects, clinical and business application projects Required and
  • 1-3 years Experience managing project budgets Required
