Be part of our Digital Revolution! BITĖ is accelerating toward full digitalization, and this role sits right at the heart of our transformation. You won't just maintain existing experiences - you'll have the opportunity to rethink and reshape how hundreds of thousands of users interact with bite.lt and labas.lt. We are embarking on a major upgrade, which means you'll start by identifying and delivering high-impact improvements to key user journeys. Looking ahead, you will play a key role in building our future testing roadmap, collaborating closely with our Head of Growth to bring data-driven, high-converting ideas to life.
What You Will Do
- Website Optimization & UX Improvements: Identify friction points and user pain points on bite.lt and labas.lt, implementing clean and efficient design solutions to capture quick wins
- Collaboration & Alignment: Partner closely with Brand and Commerce teams to translate their strategic business initiatives into high-quality design concepts
- Cross-Functional Implementation: Work alongside development teams and web administrators to ensure your designs are implemented and displayed accurately on production
- Growth Analytics: Analyze user behavior, funnel drop-offs, heatmaps, session recordings, and web analytics data to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion rates
- Future Experimentation: Work closely with the Head of Growth to design, plan, and prepare CRO assets and layouts for upcoming A/B testing and experimentation cycles
Requirements
We are looking for a proactive, motivated, and highly effective Mid-level UX/UI Designer to elevate our digital experience across our key digital platforms: bite.lt and labas.lt. If you have a sharp eye for design quality, a solid understanding of user behavior, and a passion for optimizing digital experiences, we want you on our team., * Experience: 2+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive web design
- Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience designing for e-shops built on CMS platforms (experience with Drupal-based CMS is a plus)
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret and gather insights from analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, etc.
- CRO & UX Best Practices: Solid understanding of usability, responsive design, mobile UX best practices, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
- Work Ethic: You are proactive, well-organized, detail-oriented, and maintain high standards across all design deliverables
- Nice-to-have: Experience with mobile app design is a great bonus

Gross salary for this position: 3500 - 4100 EUR/month (according to qualifications).
