Requirements
8 or more years of experience in Microsoft .NET architecture and C#.NET programming.
Proficiency in Microsoft Web Service Architecture and Business-to-Business (B2B) interface development.
Experience with relational database (RDBMS) SQL programming and query optimization.
Experience in Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Visual Studio 2019 or higher.
Experience with state government IT environments and enterprise-level system compliance.
Experience in commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software integration and vendor technical coordination.
