Systems Analyst 3/CAPPS Financials Tower Analyst

Direct the functional implementation and technical optimization of the enterprise financial software tower. Architect complex technical solutions using Application Designer, SQR programming, and BI Publisher reporting. Manage high-volume batch job schedules and performance tuning using automated processing utilities. Execute system upgrades and selective adoption activities utilizing PeopleSoft Update Manager and Change Assistant. Orchestrate cross-functional data migrations and technical compare reports between diverse system environments. Develop advanced business intelligence solutions and dashboards utilizing SAP Business Objects and PS Query. Lead fiscal year-end technical reconciliations and system maintenance for statewide financial operations.
