LATAM -AI Security Engineer

• Assess and secure enterprise AI usage including LLM deployments, AI-powered applications, and autonomous agent frameworks.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with agentic AI systems including prompt injection, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, and unintended autonomous actions.
• Support Blue Team operations focused on detecting and defending against AI-enabled attack techniques.
• Develop and implement security controls, guardrails, and monitoring for AI agent pipelines and enterprise AI tooling.
• Advise on AI governance, acceptable use policies, and security review processes for AI-powered tools and integrations.
• Monitor for emerging AI-specific threats and contribute to threat intelligence on adversarial AI techniques.
• Collaborate with security operations, architecture, and engineering teams to integrate AI security controls into broader security programs.
• Maintain documentation, security assessments, and risk registers related to AI security posture.

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with demonstrated exposure to AI/ML systems, LLM technologies, or agentic frameworks.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML threat vectors including prompt injection, model abuse, data poisoning, and agentic risk.
• Experience supporting Blue Team or defensive security operations.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI tooling, LLM APIs, and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, or similar).
• Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills.
• Ability to operate in a rapidly evolving technical domain with limited established precedent. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AI red teaming, adversarial ML, or LLM security assessment methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and emerging regulatory guidance on AI security.
• Experience in MSP or enterprise security consulting environments.
• Background in threat intelligence or adversarial research is a strong plus.
