Greenfield Project - Infrastructure Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to play a pivotal role in the delivery of a brand-new industrial site. This is a rare opportunity to influence a major transformation programme from the ground up, overseeing the deployment of the critical IT and operational technology infrastructure that will power a modern manufacturing environment.

Working at the heart of a large-scale site build, you will coordinate multiple technical workstreams, manage key stakeholders and vendors, and ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure ready to support industrial applications and future operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure from planning through to commissioning and operational readiness.
• Coordinating networking, security, infrastructure, cabling, and connectivity workstreams across a complex programme environment.
• Managing suppliers, system integrators, and technical delivery teams.
• Driving project schedules, risks, dependencies, governance, and reporting.
• Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, cybersecurity teams, and operational teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Preparing the environment to support industrial and manufacturing applications whilst ensuring a smooth transition into operations.

• Proven experience delivering large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, virtualisation, servers, storage, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Experience within industrial, manufacturing, production, or IT/OT environments
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technical workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong project governance, planning, risk management, and delivery expertise.
• Fluent French and professional English.

Highly Desirable

• Greenfield or new-site deployment experience.
• Experience delivering infrastructure within manufacturing or industrial facilities.
• Exposure to IT/OT environments, industrial networks, MES, or operational technology programmes
