Information Technology Project Manager

We are looking for experienced IT Project Managers to lead and coordinate IT projects, keen to take part in our missions in the railway and energy domains, * Coordinate, lead, and motivate IT teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts.

• Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and objectives are achieved.
• Oversee the application lifecycle, including development, integration, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and ensure service continuity.
• Act as the interface between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Provide regular project reporting and communication to stakeholders.
• Promote and apply Agile and DevOps practices across projects.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary IT teams.
• Strong experience in application lifecycle management.
• Experience translating business requirements into IT solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, UML, BPMN, and process modeling tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in French and Dutch, both written and spoken.

Plus:

• Experience working in complex IT environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Relevant project management certifications (PMI, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, etc.).
