End point Administrator

Responsible for ensuring endpoint devices and the associated management infrastructure are aligned with organisational collaboration, security, and operational requirements., * Administer, maintain, and support endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile phones, and tablets throughout their lifecycle using Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and automation technologies such as PowerShell, Python, and Ansible.

• Develop, manage, and maintain enterprise operating system deployment solutions and reference images using Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), and Windows 10/11 Enterprise imaging technologies.
• Oversee endpoint security, patching, and software update processes through Windows Update for Business (WUfB), WSUS, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and McAfee ePO, leveraging automation and scripting where appropriate.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve endpoint-related incidents and service requests, including Windows client operating systems, device drivers, peripherals, Intune policy deployment, and compliance-related issues, using scripting tools such as PowerShell, Python, and Perl.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of endpoint management standards, policies, and security controls, including Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, Conditional Access policies, and automation initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 administration, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting endpoint hardware and peripherals, including drivers, docking stations, printers, and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of application packaging and deployment technologies, including MSI/MSIX, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), MDT, and Windows Autopilot.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation, with PowerShell as the primary automation language, complemented by knowledge of Python, Ansible, and Perl.

Preferred Certifications (Desirable, Not Essential)

• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent.
• Related technologies: Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows Autopilot, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, PowerShell.
• Microsoft Administering and Deploying System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) or equivalent.
• VMware Certified Professional - Digital Workspace (VCP-DW) or equivalent.
• Related technologies: Workspace ONE and VMware Digital Workspace.
• Cisco Certified Technician (CCT) Collaboration.
• McAfee Certified Product Specialist - ePO Certification.
