Job description

  • Translate business and functional requirements into clean, high-quality code.
  • Design, build and maintain reliable, reusable and high-performance applications.
  • Develop backend services mainly with Java and Spring Framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile squad members to deliver new features end to end.
  • Integrate external data sources and REST APIs.
  • Ensure application performance, quality, responsiveness and maintainability.
  • Apply clean code, TDD, refactoring and software craftsmanship practices.
  • Contribute to DevOps activities, including CI/CD pipeline setup and operational reliability.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of relevant software development experience.
  • Strong experience with Java, Spring Framework, Maven and databases.
  • Experience with React or frontend development in a full stack environment.
  • Proven knowledge of RESTful APIs and Swagger/YAML.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design, DDD, design patterns and SOLID principles.
  • Practical experience with clean code, refactoring, TDD and API automation testing.
  • Proven knowledge of Git and CI/CD principles, with Jenkins or an alternative tool.
  • Knowledge of SAST tools such as SonarQube, Fortify, NexusIQ or alternatives.
  • Knowledge of Docker, containers and Groovy.
  • Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English.
