Senior SAP S/4HANA Authorizations Consultant | Drive Security & Governance in a Major S/4 Transformation

We're seeking a senior expert who can go beyond operational support and play a strategic role in strengthening SAP security, access governance, compliance, and authorization quality across a complex enterprise landscape.

This is a high-visibility assignment where you'll help shape the future SAP security model while supporting critical transformation initiatives involving S/4HANA Core, Fiori, EWM, GTS, BTP, CPI and related platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and optimize SAP authorization concepts and business roles aligned with S/4HANA best practices
• Improve role quality, governance maturity, and access management processes
• Lead initiatives around SoD compliance, audit readiness, and risk-based access controls
• Drive standardization of access request workflows and approval processes
• Act as the SAP Security SME during testing, cutovers, go-lives, and hypercare phases
• Support automation, reporting, and modernization of IAM and GRC capabilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and external partners to ensure scalable and compliant access management

7+ years of SAP Authorizations / SAP Security experience

Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Authorizations (Fiori & GUI)

Deep knowledge of:

• PFCG
• SU24 / SU25
• AGR tables
• Fiori Catalogs, Spaces & Pages
• Single, Composite, Master & Derived Roles

Experience with:

• SoD / SOX controls
• Audit and compliance processes
• IAM and Access Governance models
• Access lifecycle management
• Role ownership frameworks

Proven involvement in S/4HANA transformation programs, SIT/UAT testing, cutovers, and hypercare activities

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with IAM solutions such as Saviynt
• Exposure to GRC tools
• SuccessFactors integrations and HR-driven provisioning
• Experience in complex multi-vendor environments

• Strategic role within a critical transformation program
