Job description

  • Supervision of IP Networks : routing/switching (Cisco/Juniper), Firewalls, IP address management, DHCP, DNS, VPN Concentrators...
  • Configuration and maintenance requests
  • Troubleshooting ; first level, dispatching and follow-up
  • Participate to operation and maintenance improvements of IP NOC Organisation and Information Management

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an IP NOC Helpdesk
  • Bachelor degree
  • Technical expertise

-IP Networks

-Firewalls Checkpoint/Palo Alto

-DHCP/DNS

-Configuration and trouble shooting of Cisco switches and routers

-Cisco/Juniper

-F5

  • Native French or Dutch + Fluent in the second langage and English
