Full-stack Developer

This is a Ghent-based, in-office role, we believe building together in person drives better outcomes.

You'll work across the full stack and own what you build, working directly with the founders. If your code is ready today, customers can be using it tomorrow.

What you will be doing:

• Ship features from idea to production

• Design and build backend systems and APIs

• Improve our AI infrastructure and utilize the latest LLM and agentic tooling

• A passionate engineer who treats the product like it's their own, not someone waiting for tickets

• Autonomous: you see a problem and start fixing it, without waiting for instructions

• You don't overcomplicate things

Hard skills:

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript; Rust experience is a strong plus

• Backend development with Node.js, comfortable designing and owning APIs

• Frontend experience with React

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, and vector databases (Qdrant)

• Experience implementing or evaluating AI/LLM applications is a plus
