Job description

As part of our Financial Services practice, we are looking for a Business Analyst to support strategic ERP transformation initiatives. In this role, you will help organizations modernize their core business applications by gathering, challenging, and structuring business requirements, contributing to business process optimization, and supporting the successful delivery of large-scale transformation programs.

Working alongside business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in translating business needs into clear functional requirements and helping clients navigate complex transformation journeys from strategy through implementation.

Your key responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for the implementation of a Tier 1 ERP solution.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to identify, structure, and challenge business needs.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, structured Business Requirement Documents suitable for public procurement documentation.
  • Challenge requested functionalities to ensure business value, feasibility, and ROI.
  • Consolidate information from multiple stakeholders into coherent and comprehensive functional documentation.
  • Support the preparation of tender documentation for the future ERP implementation.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and functional experts throughout the analysis phase.
  • Contribute to governance meetings by preparing documentation, reporting, and presentation materials.
  • Ensure traceability, consistency, and quality of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work within a large-scale transformation program involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, with professional proficiency in Dutch and French.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, within large-scale transformation programs.
  • Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements for complex projects.
  • Strong facilitation, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and documentation capabilities.
  • Comfortable challenging business requirements and identifying opportunities to optimize business processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary project environments.

  • ERP transformation projects (SAP, Oracle)

  • UML modelling

  • Business process modelling and optimization
