Data & Analytics Specialist (French Speaker)

Experteer Overview As Data uamp; Analytics Specialist, you will ensure reliable, high-quality data flows that power decision-making and AI enablement.You will handle data quality tasks, vendor data coordination, and support BI and AI-ready outputs in a global context.You'll bridge market needs with global platforms, shaping data into actionable insights while advancing AI readiness.This role offers hands-on learning in data governance, taxonomy updates, and automation to enable scalable, AI-powered analytics.Compensaciones / Beneficios Coordinate and monitor data deliveries from SSA platforms and external vendors, flagging gaps and issues Maintain and update business rules, taxonomies, and classification standards for human and machine use Investigate data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions and document resolutions Support analytics and BI requests, validate outputs, assist Power BI dashboard maintenance* Assist with local market data requests and ad-hoc analyses, liaising between market teams and global platforms* Identify opportunities to move recurring requests to self-service or automated delivery* Prepare data for AI use cases with clear labeling and documentation for AI interpretation* Support AI product operationalization, including data validation and feedback loops* Use AI tools (Copilot, GenAI, n8n) to improve efficiency and automate tasks* Identify automation opportunities in data mapping, validation, and quality checks* Create and maintain clear SOPs, mappings, feed specs, and troubleshooting guides* Support onboarding and continuous improvement by flagging issues and suggesting enhancementsResponsabilidades* Bachelor's degree in relevant field* 1-3 years in data operations, data quality, or commercial data analytics* Experience with data mapping, product matching, and classification standards* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Advanced Excel; knowledge of SQL, Power BI or similar tools a plus* Proactive with AI tools, automation, and experimentation* Detail-oriented with good organizational skills* Clear communicator across cultures and functions* Self-motivated in global, matrixed environments* Growth mindset toward AI integration* Fluent in French and English; other languages a plusRequisitos principales*
