Experteer Overview As a Staff Engineer at Perk, you own technical vision across multiple flights teams and drive end-to-end delivery of scalable, reliable features. You will work closely with product, design, and operations to translate business goals into architecture and impactful projects. The role blends hands-on coding with mentoring and cross-team coordination to move large initiatives forward.
