Data Analyst

Data analysis and interpretation: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights; Interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear, concise manner. Advanced analytics: Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to perform predictive and prescriptive analyses; Develop and implement models to support business decisions. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, designers and VIPs to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions; Act as a liaison between the analytics team and other departments to ensure alignment on data initiatives. Mentorship and training: Mentor junior data analysts and guide best practices in data analysis and reporting; Conduct training sessions to enhance data literacy across the organization.

A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role; Excellent SQL and R or Python; Strong knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques; Experience in presentation and knowledge sharing based on data findings; Proactive, results-driven, and hands-on approach toward problem solving; Excellent English communication skills.
