️Cultivate a high-performance, collaborative, and service-oriented environment by leading and mentoring system administrators across Spain (Valencia offices, Ceuta and other future offices) ️Coordinate regional IT operations, ensuring consistent standards, policies, and procedures across regions (team of 5 employees) ️Oversee workload distribution, performance monitoring, and career development of team members ️Act as the primary escalation point for complex or critical IT issues ️Be the main contact point for C-level Management (VIP Support) ️Have a strong IT knowledge (network technologies, DHCP, DNS, CCTV, ACS, VPN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, infrastructure, software and hardware equipment) ️Manage and maintain enterprise systems, infrastructure, and networking solutions to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security (JAMF, MikroTick, Unify, Google Workplace, VPN, EndPoint Central, SSO, M365, N8N, Jira SD, SW, Confluence, Slack) ️Experience in JAMF for macOS and iOS device management, enforcing compliance policies ️Lead IT infrastructure projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with global IT strategies (Opening new offices around the Globe) ️Partner with other regional leads and Global IT leadership to standardise processes, optimise/automate workflows and collaborate with stakeholders/cross functional colleagues ️Collaborate with security teams to maintain compliance with corporate security policies and regulatory requirements, ️ Relocation package (tickets, staying in a hotel for up to 2 weeks, and visa relocation support for our employees and their family members) Opportunity to develop language skills, with partial compensation for the cost of English and Spanish language classes (for localization purposes) Private medical coverage Time for proper rest, with 22 vacation days per year and an additional 6 sick leave days Competitive remuneration level with annual review Teambuilding activities Bold moves start here. Requirements
️Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a technical support or system administration role ️At least 3 years of experience managing teams ️Strong proficiency in macOS (Windows experience is a plus) ️Proven experience with: JAMF, Google Workspace, MikroTik, Ubiquiti Okta, EndPoint Central, Global Delivery Service, and Palo Alto Networks ️Proficiency with enterprise device management and endpoint security ️Strong knowledge of IT support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) ️Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (Additional language will be a plus) ️Experience in multi-country IT operations and working with distributed teams ️Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ️Service-oriented mindset with a focus on user experience and reliability Would be a plus: ️Experience working in a service desk environment with SLA-based response times ️Familiarity with MDM systems for managing Apple devices ️Hands-on experience with MikroTik and Ubiquiti network devices ️Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems ️Experience supporting AV/meeting room equipment (Logitech, Crestron, etc.) ️Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash) or automation skills for desktop provisioning ️Understanding of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks We offer excellent benefits, including but not limited to
