Mentor client teams on engineering best practices, user-centric design, and Agile values * Engage in cross-functional problem-solving with client leaders to shape digital strategies * Deliver AI-driven solutions that extend beyond the product and drive meaningful client outcomes * Participate in global, collaborative efforts with QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, and QuantumBlack Labs teams Responsabilidades * 2+ years of professional experience in building and deploying data solutions and software products * Strong coding skills in Python; Scala or Java a plus * Experience with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data * Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes for production systems * Familiarity with Spark, Dask, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and analytics libraries (pandas, numpy, matplotlib) * Exposure to DevOps, DataOps, and MLOps concepts and practices * Experience with Python, PySpark, SQL, Airflow, Databricks, Kedro, Dask/RAPIDS, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services * Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) or agentic systems is a plus; knowledge of LLMs and AI frameworks is beneficial * Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical teammates in Agile settings * Strong time management and communication skills in English and local languages Requisitos principales * competitive salary * comprehensive benefits package
