Job description

Experteer Overview In this global role, you ensure data flows, quality, and structure to power both human decision-making and AI-driven insights.You work across data operations, BI, and AI to make data AI-ready, enabling AI use cases and machine interpretation.You balance business context with technical fluency to govern data pipelines, mappings, and documentation.You'll help shift analytics from ad-hoc reports to self-service, AI-augmented operations that deliver trusted outcomes.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Coordinate data deliveries from self-service analytics platforms and external vendors ensuring timeliness, completeness, and format compliance* Maintain and update data mapping rules, taxonomies, and classification standards for both human and machine consumption* Troubleshoot data issues end-to-end from detection to remediation and document resolutions* Support analytics and BI reporting requests by preparing data, validating outputs, and maintaining Power BI dashboards* Facilitate local market data requests and ad-hoc analytics needs bridging market teams, global data platforms, and stakeholders* Identify opportunities to convert recurring requests into self-service reporting or automated delivery* Prepare data for AI use cases ensuring clean, well-labeled, semantically tagged datasets with AI model consumption in mind* Support AI product operationalization through data validation and feedback loops* Actively leverage AI tools in daily work to improve efficiency and output quality* Identify and implement automation opportunities in data operations, including AI-assisted processes* Create and maintain operational documentation for processes, mapping logic, vendor feeds, and data dictionaries* Support onboarding and training on data tools, AI-enabled workflows, and processes* Collaborate with Global Market Data u**** AI Acceleration Lead, regional teams, IT/Data Engineering u**** Data Science, external data providers, and BI usersResponsabilidades* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Management, or related field* 2-5 years of experience in data operations, data quality management, or commercial data analytics* Hands-on experience with syndicated market data (IQVIA, NielsenIQ, GfK) is a plus* Experience defining data mapping rules, product matching logic, and classification standards* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Azure, Databricks, scripting basics, or prompt engineering is a plus* Interest in AI tools, automation concepts, and AI-assisted data processes* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple streams* Experience creating process documentation, SOPs, and training materials* Effective cross-cultural and cross-functional communication* Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable in a global, matrixed environment* Growth mindset towards AI as a multiplier* Fluent English; additional languages a plusRequisitos principales*

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Management, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in data operations, data quality management, or commercial data analytics
  • Hands-on experience with syndicated market data (IQVIA, NielsenIQ, GfK) is a plus
  • Experience defining data mapping rules, product matching logic, and classification standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Azure, Databricks, scripting basics, or prompt engineering is a plus
  • Interest in AI tools, automation concepts, and AI-assisted data processes
