Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field PMP or PMI certification preferred Experience 3-7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years managing mid-to-large-scale infrastructure projects (multi-site or enterprise-level) Demonstrated successful delivery in at least three of the following domains: Microsoft 365 migration Data center migration Network core / SD-WAN implementation xbhjioe Cloud / hybrid architecture projects Workplace / endpoint modernization ITSM rollout Technical & Tools Proficiency Project Management Tools: MS Project (or equivalent), ServiceNow, Power BI Methodologies: Waterfall, hybrid, Agile (adapted for infrastructure projects) Strong knowledge of change and release management processes Soft Skills Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement Ability to navigate between central and regional business units in large and global organizations Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving Conflict resolution and facilitation across diverse technical and business teams
