Software Quality Assurance Engineer

The Straumann Group is a globally leading provider in the field of aesthetic dentistry.We combine experience, scientific evidence, and innovation with passion and are committed to uncompromising quality to offer dental professionals and patients worldwide the best possible solutions.As a pioneer and market leader in dental implantology, we have consistently expanded our product portfolio in recent years.Today, we are active in all areas of aesthetic dentistry, ranging from tooth preservation, regeneration, restoration, orthodontics with transparent aligner trays to tooth loss.We are looking for a QA Engineer to join a Scrum team working on a highly configurable enterprise platform focused on order management, dynamic workflows, and complex backend validations.The Platform Is Heavily Based On Flowable workflows YAML?driven configurations API/backend validations Reusable components Complex conditional logic Key Responsibilities Validate complex workflows and dynamic forms.Analyze regression impacts caused by shared configurations and reusable fields.Maintain and extend existing Cypress automated tests and support future migration to Playwright.Collaborate closely with developers during refinement, implementation, and release activities.Contribute to improving test coverage and QA practices.Perform API and integration testing across frontend/backend services.Requirements Required Skills Experience testing highly configurable or rule?based systems.Experience creating and maintaining automated test suites with Cypress and/or Playwright (Typescript and Python).Experience testing complex web applications and APIs.Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).Soft Skills Strong logical reasoning and analytical thinking.Comfortable working with complex decision trees, conditional flows, and dependency analysis.Ability to challenge constructively and collaborate effectively with technical teams.High level of ownership, maturity, and proactivity.Capable of organizing and driving QA activities independently.Nice to Have Experience with Flowable or workflow engines.Experience with API testing (Postman or similar).SQL knowledge.Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar (Jira and/or Confluence).All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.#J-*****-Ljbffr
