Conversational AI Solution Engineer

Parloa is seeking a Lead Solution Engineer based in Spain to guide customers through technical sales cycles for a conversational AI SaaS platform. You will design architectures, evaluate APIs, and coordinate with sales and engineering to prove solutions in complex deals.

The role requires strong English and Spanish communication, collaboration across teams, and a hybrid work setup in Spain. Experience in contact centers or VOIP is a plus, as is familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools.
