Job description

What you can look forward to in this Role:

  • Maintain secure and up to date firmware baseline across the network
  • Configure and deploy networks across the organization (routers, firewalls, switches, access points)
  • Remote support and troubleshooting of network related issues
  • Liaise with other teams (project management, First Response, System Administrators and Architects)
  • Handle escalated Incidents and performing advanced troubleshooting
  • Effectively communicate to handle issues in the most adecuate manner.
  • Coordinate with Hempel Digital suppliers and partners
  • Travelling might be required in relation to IT projects, + Enforce standardization across the network by following defined policies
  • Prioritize security across the WAN and LAN under a Zero Trust premise
  • Design and implement new solutions to improve resilience and security of the current environment
  • Ensure network availability by monitoring performance and quickly troubleshooting and fixing network outages and scheduling maintenance windows
  • Root Cause Analysis of outages and problem remediation
  • Stay up to date with latest technologies and security standards
  • Create and maintain documentation and network diagrams What does it take to become our new team member?

Requirements

Work experience with Cisco (CCNP desirable), MerakiSDWAN, Cisco ISE, Cisco routing and switching (Nexus) with BGP & OSPF, Cisco wireless WLCs

  • Experience with Aruba central, Aruba SD-WAN, Aruba ClearPass, Aruba Instant and Aruba switches.
  • Experience supporting Data Center infrastructure & understanding of carrier technology
  • Experience with FortiGate firewalls (NSE4 desirable)
  • Organized and capable of meeting deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
  • Fluent in English - oral and writing
