Experteer Overview In this role you lead end-to-end CRM projects within a Microsoft-driven environment, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions.You will manage scope, timelines, and budgets while guiding change management and user adoption.You contribute to long-term client relationships and drive digitalization across SAP/CRM ecosystems.This opportunity offers international collaboration and a strong culture that supports learning and ownership.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Lead end-to-end CRM projects across requirements analysis to delivery* Analyze client needs and design tailored CRM solutions* Serve as main point of contact for stakeholders and present progress to decision-makers* Collaborate with developers and consultants to implement scalable Microsoft-based solutions* Support change management and user adoption for client success* Advise on best practices and innovation in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystemResponsabilidades* 5+ years of experience leading CRM implementation and integration projects (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP CRM, Oracle Siebel, etc.)* At least 3 years of external consulting experience managing multiple projects* University degree in Business Administration, Digital Business Management, or related field* Further education in Project Management (PMI/PMP, IPMA, CAS) or proven experience* Certified Scrum Master or proven agile leadership experience* Strong technical affinity and ability to work with technical colleagues* Native German and very good English skills (C1); willing to travel to SwitzerlandRequisitos principales* Flexible working hours* Hybrid work option (Barcelona or remote Spain)* Language courses (German, English, Catalan)* International environment with colleagues in Switzerland* Continuous learning and development resources* Collaborative, empowering culture

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading CRM implementation and integration projects (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP CRM, Oracle Siebel, etc.)
  • At least 3 years of external consulting experience managing multiple projects
  • University degree in Business Administration, Digital Business Management, or related field
  • Further education in Project Management (PMI/PMP, IPMA, CAS) or proven experience
  • Certified Scrum Master or proven agile leadership experience
  • Strong technical affinity and ability to work with technical colleagues
  • Native German and very good English skills (C1); willing to travel to Switzerland
