Experteer Overview As IT Project Manager in the Hosting & Cloud Services team, you drive transformation initiatives linking cloud strategy to daily RUN operations.You'll steer end-to-end programs within the Operational Performance unit to ensure secure, resilient and cost-effective hosting both in cloud and on-premises.You'll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver automation, lifecycle changes and resilience improvements.This role sits at a strategic Digital Platforms center driving the future of aerospace digitalization, with a strong impact on operational excellence.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Lead obsolescence programs for decommissioning and upgrades of hardware, OS, and databases across MAR DataCenters and legacy stacks* Manage cloud and hybrid transitions, integrating Sovereign Cloud into the operational catalog* Translate technical debt data into actionable project roadmaps* Oversee Self-Service Portal development, coordinating design and automation for new service lines* Drive continuous service improvement (Lean) to reduce manual lead times* Serve as PM interface for PSL Domains during major deployments (e.g., 3Dx, newERP)* Lead specialized supplier task forces and manage subcontractors to remove bottlenecks and define SLAs* Support FinOps initiatives to improve showback visibility and cloud cost optimization* Coordinate DRP and recovery projects, including ransomware recovery simulations* Oversee deployment of self-healing monitoring capabilitiesResponsabilidades* 10 years of IT Project Management experience in production/RUN environments (Infrastructure, Cloud, or DataCenter)* Master's degree in Information Technology (or equivalent)* Strong knowledge of ITIL v4, Prince2/PMP, and Agile; Lean or Six Sigma a plus* General IT infrastructure knowledge (network, technical infrastructure)* Experience in managing technical subcontractors and enforcing deliverablesRequisitos principales* Approx.35 vacation days per year* Hybrid work model* Life and health insurance* Employee stock options* Retirement plan* Study grants

• 10 years of IT Project Management experience in production/RUN environments (Infrastructure, Cloud, or DataCenter)
• Master's degree in Information Technology (or equivalent)

• General IT infrastructure knowledge (network, technical infrastructure)
• Experience in managing technical subcontractors and enforcing deliverables
