Experteer Overview As Technical Solution Manager for High Valuables uamp; Connectivity, you own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for the Smart Label IoT solution, driving cross-product initiatives with external partners.You translate market and domain needs into technical requirements and ensure regulatory, certification, and quality goals are met.You collaborate with engineering, sales, and customers to shape robust, market-ready offerings.This role blends technology leadership with product vision in a global, security-focused environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios Own product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Smart Label in high valuables from concept to end-of-life Coordinate new device developments and re-designs with lead engineer and external partner Own connectivity strategy and lifecycle for IoT devices across product lines Ensure end-to-end integration of device and IoT platform requirements* Translate market and domain needs into technical features and requirements* Prioritize functions with external partner and internal teams* Interact with customers, consultants, and sales to capture market needs* Conduct technical evaluation of concepts and supplier solutions* Support certification and testing activities (CE, EMC, NFC/RFID)* Monitor performance, field feedback, and quality KPIs, driving improvementsResponsabilidades* Completed degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or comparable* 3+ years in technical product management, systems engineering, or IoT/industrial product development* Understanding of connectivity requirements for Smart Label (NFC, RFID, Wifi, BLE, cellular)* Strong knowledge of electronics, sensors, firmware, mechanics* Experience with roadmaps, requirements management, and development processes* Ability to think across device, platform, and customer value domains* Experience with external development partners and suppliers* Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills* Fluent in English; German and/or Spanish a plusRequisitos principales* flexible compensation (transport tickets, private insurance)* remote work (M-Th, 3 days remote)* canteen with varied menus* continuous training and talent development* equal opportunity employer* global collaboration opportunities

• Completed degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or comparable
