Job description
We are currently looking for a proactive and solution-oriented IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Alcobendas, Madrid (Spain). You will be part of the technology team, playing a key role in providing daily technical support for both hardware and software to all our employees. Your mission will include ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, managing system updates, assembling and upgrading PCs from scratch, as well as overseeing inventory control and backups. Your problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and collaborative approach will be essential to maintaining a strong, efficient, and aligned IT infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to directly contribute to team performance and actively support the development of a stable and innovative technological environment. Responsibilities:
- PC upgrades through component replacement and full PC assembly from scratch.
- Identification and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
- Technical support for all employees in both software and hardware.
- Installation and updating of Windows operating systems.
- Installation and updating of software for Windows.
- Inventory management.
- Management of local and remote backups. Your profile
Requirements

Ability to assemble and upgrade PCs, including power supply, motherboards, CPUs, cooling systems, and graphics cards.

Technical training in computer systems or advanced experience and knowledge in hardware support.

Proficiency in Windows operating systems.

Vocational training as a Microcomputer Systems Technician.

Proactivity, organizational skills, and ability to work as part of a team. Nice to have

Knowledge of network design.

Network cabling.

Familiarity with Active Directory.

Knowledge of Linux systems.
