ERP Project Manager

Our client is a rapidly growing Dutch consumer products organisation operating multiple well-established brands. Backed by an ambitious buy-and-build strategy, the business is investing heavily in digital transformation and operational excellence to support future growth.

Functie

• Lead the ERP selection, fit-gap analysis and implementation programme
• Manage external implementation partners and third-party system vendors
• Own project governance, planning, budget, risk and scope management
• Coordinate data migration, system integrations and testing activities
• Drive change management, user adoption and training initiatives
• Report progress and key decisions to senior leadership and steerco members

• A success proven track record delivering complex ERP implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of Exact Online Premium; Business Central is advantageous
• Experience with ERP, WMS, EDI, BI and e-commerce integrations
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels
• Hands-on and pragmatic approach suited to an SME environment
• Fluent Dutch language skills requiredith additional language skills being a plus.
