Manager, HR Applications (SAP SuccessFactors)
Location: Remote (Europe, Middle East or Africa)
Travel: 15-25%

We're supporting a global manufacturing organisation that is looking to appoint an experienced Manager, HR Applications to lead its HR technology landscape and drive the future of its HR systems strategy.
This is a high-impact leadership role, acting as the primary technology partner to the HR function while managing a global HRIS environment centred around SAP SuccessFactors. You'll work closely with senior HR and IT stakeholders to shape the HR technology roadmap, lead a specialist HRIS team, and deliver strategic transformation initiatives across a global business. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Global HR to define and deliver the HR systems strategy and roadmap
- Lead the HRIS team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement
- Manage the support, maintenance, upgrades, and optimisation of HR applications
- Drive HR technology projects, enhancements, and system implementations
- Collaborate with IT teams to deliver integrations between HR and wider business systems
- Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and application budgets
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and HR governance requirements
- Support data integrity, system administration, user access, and training initiatives
- Build strong relationships with senior HR leaders and global business stakeholders
Required Experience
- 15+ years' experience within HR Applications, HRIS, or HR Technology
- Previous leadership experience managing HRIS or Applications teams
- Strong SAP SuccessFactors knowledge (Employee Central certification advantageous)
- Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll
- Experience delivering HR systems projects and technology roadmaps
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior HR leadership
- Experience managing third-party vendors and application support services

Requirements
- 15+ years' experience within HR Applications, HRIS, or HR Technology
- Previous leadership experience managing HRIS or Applications teams
- Strong SAP SuccessFactors knowledge (Employee Central certification advantageous)
- Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll
- Experience delivering HR systems projects and technology roadmaps
