Job description

We're partnered with an exciting and rapidly growing software business that's expanding its product team and looking for a passionate UX Designer to help shape the future of its flagship SaaS platform.

Working within a collaborative cross-functional team, you'll have the opportunity to design engaging user experiences across web and mobile applications while learning from experienced product and engineering professionals.

What you'll be doing

  • Design new features and enhance existing user journeys across web and mobile platforms
  • Conduct user research to understand customer needs and behaviours
  • Produce wireframes, user flows and interactive prototypes using Figma
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers and stakeholders throughout the design process
  • Support usability testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Present design concepts and confidently communicate your ideas
  • Keep up to date with UX trends, accessibility standards and best practice

Requirements

  • Around 2+ years' experience in a UX or Product Design role
  • Strong proficiency with Figma
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes and user journeys
  • Understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing
  • Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles
  • Appreciation of accessibility and inclusive design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A genuine passion for learning and developing as a UX Designer
