Location: Telford Job Type: Temporary Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Hybrid working available) Start Date: ASAP

Your new role
As a Data Capture Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately processing and capturing information from various financial forms, including CGT, IHT and ISA/JISA documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, accuracy and integrity of data while supporting operational reporting and client service delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately capturing and validating data from client forms and documentation.
- Interpreting complex or non-standard information and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintaining trackers, control sheets and audit records to monitor progress and productivity.
- Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance.
- Supporting monthly reporting by tracking processing volumes and performance metrics.
- Identifying, documenting and escalating data errors or anomalies where appropriate.
- Using Excel and internal systems to manage workload and maintain accurate records.
- Participating in team meetings and providing updates on progress, performance and improvement opportunities.
- Working both independently and collaboratively to achieve team objectives and service levels.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous administration, data entry, data processing or financial services experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- The ability to identify trends, discrepancies and errors within large data sets.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Adaptable, proactive and quick to learn new systems and processes.
